Comment:
Jordan Jovchev
(BUL) : Very solid routine highlighted by an Arabian 1 1/2 , Gogoladse to
Fedorchenko, double layout. 9,55 (SV 10).
Igor Vikrovs (LAT): Also very clean with three front
twists in his first tumbling run, Arabian 1/2 , piked full- in. 9,425 (10 SV).
Alexei Bondarenko (RUS): Falls on his double pike
dismount. Before that, he showed a double double, Gogoladse to Fedorchenko.8,937 (10 SV).
Alexander Beresh (UKR): Completely out of it. He sits
down his double front and his piked Arabian double front. He has problems landing his
double double. 7,862 (9,4 SV).
Steve McCain (USA): Very clean, but not enough difficulty. He only dismounts
with a double tuck. 9,312 (9,8 SV)
Yernar Yerimbetov (KAZ): Starts with a bang with a
full-twisting double layout. Wobbles his way through a press to handstand and slips on an
Arabian double front. 8,712 (9,9 SV).
Yevgeni Sapronenko (LAT): The most spectacular routine
so far with a five element first tumbling run on which he steps out of bounds: 2 ½ twist
front layout- 1 ½ twist; 1 ½ Arabian but puts his hands down on his
double-double. 8,972 (9,9 SV)
Marian Dragulescu (ROM): Opens with a double layout
with a half twist. Stumbles on a punch front. Two Arabians and a lovely double double
dismount. Enough for 9,55 (10 SV) and a share of the gold. |
